GRANT APPLICATION
All products come with manufacturer's warranty. Warranty assumes that all products are shipped free from manufacturing defects in materials, structure, workmanship or finish. The warranty does not cover the damages resulting from misuse, alteration, negligence, abuse, extreme weather conditions, shipping damage, fire, flood or any other condition that would not be considered normal use. Any warranty disputes will be at the sole discretion of the manufacturer who reserves the option to repair, replace or refund if the product is found defective upon inspection.
Shipping & Delivery is provided within the 4-6 weeks of placing the order under normal circumstances. Freight schedule delays would be considered.
Installation of the equipments is carried out by our team of experts. Customers could also install the equipments by their own constructors where minimum required measurements meet the installation requirements for safety purposes.

We provide professional support from start to finish in every step 24/7. Technical support as well as the installation of the equipments is rendered with additional charges on updated terms.
Repair of any broken parts of the equipments where warranty does not cover/expired are subject to additional charges and labor fees. Maintenance program of the fitness equipments recommended to be done yearly.
